Delivery
Order from the shop and we will bring it to your door. Free delivery with a $60 minimum, generally within about an hour.
Choose delivery at checkout. We assemble the order at 665 North French Road, then a driver contacts you on the way. Have your ID ready and meet them if you live in an apartment or hotel.

Delivery FAQ
What are your delivery hours?
Monday–Saturday 11am–8pm, and Sunday 11am–7pm.
How do I place a delivery order?
Order through our online menu. Pay in full with Dutchie Pay before the driver leaves. ID verification and a signature are required on delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Times vary with demand. Most orders arrive within about an hour.
What do I need to show?
A valid government-issued photo ID, and a signature for the products delivered.
How much cannabis can be delivered at once?
The same New York limits as in-store: up to 3 ounces of flower and up to 24 grams of concentrates per day.
Can I track my order?
There is no live map yet. The driver texts when they are heading your way.
Is delivery discreet?
Orders go out in plain sealed bags.
Can I schedule delivery in advance?
Yes — pick a time window or a later day during delivery hours.
Should I tip?
Never required, always appreciated. Drivers are paid hourly and gratuity is not built into pricing.
Can you deliver to apartments or hotels?
Yes. Please meet the driver at ground level when you can.
Do I have to be present?
Yes. The person who placed the order must be there with their ID.
Where do you deliver?
About 16 miles in any direction from our Amherst storefront.
Is there a fee or minimum?
No delivery fee. The minimum is $60 including tax.
What payment do you accept for delivery?
Dutchie Pay (bank-to-bank via Plaid) only for delivery orders.
